Goecha pass trek,Samiti Lake,Thansing vally

My first trek experience.Thanks to Indiamike .com.this site help me to convert my dream to reality.After some unsuccessfull planning we finaly finalised the trek for Goecha la Pass on oct08.

4th Bridge.... from here the real trek started

First Day-Yoksum to Thoka(16km) we(Arindam and Raja) standing on 4th Bri

First Day --16km. For me i thaught its too much but that was not so dificult.We managed to reached at 5pm .Night wasnot so easy for us because it was raining outside.Our tent was not so comfortable .

Second Day--Thoka to Dgonri.Road was beautiful specialy last few KM.But we r not so lucky.Rain Spoiled the view . Reached their 5.30pm( started 8.30am).
We maneged to get trekkers hut their .Out side temp was 1°C .We spend better night comfortable night than thoka.

Next day was rest Day better to say acclimatization day.But we never expect that the day would become so successfull for us.The view we recived from Dgongri top was .......(cant explain).No Rain (finaly) clear sky.Pandim,Kabru,Kanchangangha... all were infront of us.

4th day--Dgonri to Thansing.Easy one..Thansing is a base of Mount Pandim..wonderful vally.
The view we got here was just beautiful.
I am not good in english...my word power is very less to describe the beauty of that place.

5th day--4 or 5 km walk from thansing.Easy walk but we took time to reach their.name of the place is Lamuney, the last hault from here we had to attemp for goecha pass.Wind,which make this place chilled.
we spend sleepless night here and we started for our last walk to our desti from here at around
1.45am.We will never forget that and we dont want to..
We 11 started and we only had 2 torch, no other light source.Near samiti lake one of us returned back
.We reached at zemathang around 5.30 am.
